Does the AI make up answers?
No. The AI only uses your product catalog and knowledge entries. If the answer is not in your data, it says so and offers a human handover.
How are orders created?
The AI collects name, phone, address and product choice conversationally, shows a summary, and only after the customer confirms does the system create the order with server-side prices.
Is this an unofficial WhatsApp tool?
No. Replyzen uses the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) and the official Messenger Platform. No QR sessions or personal-account automation.
What do I need to connect my channels?
A Meta developer app (we document every step), admin access to your Facebook Page, and a WhatsApp Business number. Some setups require Meta business verification or App Review.
