Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of a Replyzen installation. The platform is operated by its owner; "we" refers to that operator and "you" to a registered user.

1. The service

Replyzen provides AI-assisted customer messaging, catalog and order management. Features depend on the subscription plan and on correctly configured external services (Meta platforms, AI provider, SMTP).

2. Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration data, for keeping credentials safe, and for all activity under your account. One business per workspace; team members act under the permissions granted by the workspace owner.

3. Acceptable use

4. Subscriptions and payments

Free trials end automatically. Plans and prices are shown at signup and in Billing. Where a payment gateway is not configured, payments are recorded manually by the platform operator. Overdue subscriptions may be suspended after any configured grace period. Meta messaging charges and AI provider costs are separate from the Replyzen subscription.

5. AI output

AI-generated replies are produced from your catalog and knowledge data. Review your configuration; you remain responsible for what your business communicates. The AI never fabricates prices from the system's perspective, but verify your catalog data is correct.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. External providers (Meta, AI, SMTP) may have their own outages and approval requirements outside our control.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from external service failures.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time; the platform owner may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Deleting a workspace deletes its business data.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
